Each building has its own laundry facilities, and all units are wired for phone service, cable-ready, and hi-speed internet ready. We have a large indoor pool, sauna, a beautiful picnic area (with barbecue and table), and a fenced tennis court. Rent for a one-bedroom unit is $585/month + utilities. Rent for a two-bedroom unit is $720 + utilities. Water/sewer and trash service are included in the rent - other utilities are billed separately. Initial lease term is six months. We don't allow pets.
